Shipping & Returns
My aim is to provide you with products & service of the highest standard &quality. If you receive goods with a manufactures fault please send photos of the faulty product & your receipt within 14 days of receipt of goods to email@example.com. Once I have received your email with photos I will contact you regarding your claim. Failure to provide photo’s may result in your fault claim being denied. My suppliers request photos & product to have original tags & packaging to go forward with a claim. Sometimes an exact replacement can’t be supplied in which case you will be offered an alternative item of the same value of your choice or a refund.
All orders are shipped using Australia post standard postage at a flat rate of $10 Australia wide. You can also choose express post at a flat rate of $15 Australia wide. I will generally send within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. If an item is on back order from my suppliers I will let you know & the shipping process my take a little longer.
